Payment plans are accepted and can be sorted out weekly or monthly. Depending on the amount being paid, month quantity is flexible. Remaining art and design changes will only be completed after payment is done;

I will still look at and consider offers while the character is on hold if a higher amount than stated is present or in case the buyer backs out;

If payment is not received within 24 hours of responding to the purchase claim, the adopt will be put up for sale again;

You must be 18+ to request either NSFW or nude versions of the design. Nude versions are non-sexual and for anatomy | reference purposes only. If you would like a nude or NSFW version, please let me know.

I will only share the SFW version of the design on my social media platforms. You are free to post the nude or NSFW versions however you prefer.

Payments from payment plans are non-refundable in case of withdrawal. Character will be resold;

You cannot ask for a refund since you own the character now. But you can resell it, for the same price you paid;

Don't resell my designs for more than you paid, unless the design has more art;

Don't sell designs of mine that you got by trading, instead, trade it again, for other ocs and/or art of the same worth;

Don't sell my designs to blacklisted people;

You can make any design changes you want, but the preference is not to leave the design unrecognizable;

You can co-own the design;

It's prefered [but not required] if you have Toyhou.se so I can keep track of where the design is;

Let me know if you ever resell my design, so I can help you to sell it by sharing;

You are not permitted to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media material for commercial purposes UNLESS you purchase a separate commercial use release from me.

Monday -> Friday: Working on Commissions.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: Work on personal projects.

You need a reference sheet to commission me. No need to be extremely detailed, but I need a picture to draw your commission;

Payment is full upfront and via Paypal. I'll start the commission once I received the full payment;

Payments are non-refundable once work has started. Please make sure you are comfortable with this before commissioning! This is important due to all my PayPal payments being converted to my currency, which AUTOMATICALLY transfers all quantity to my bank account. Unless I cannot complete your commission due to health issues, or other serious matters, I'll offer an emergency refund;

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission;

Commissions will be delivered depending on the length of my queue. You can always check the progress on my commission's queue If you need it for a specific day, please tell me in advance, at least one or two weeks before the deadline you want me to be done. My turnaround time for commissions and adopts is up to 3 months after full payment is completed.

I will always share wip for approval so you can ask for changes in the sketch phase, I accept small changes after the drawing is done if you forgot to mention something small or if I forgot something;

Remember that this is my ONLY job. I have bills, meds, food and taxes to pay, you are free to DM me asking about your commission and I will always reply as fast as I can, but please understand that I have a life to attend and I don't have the time to individually DM each one of my clients updating about my situation as some people would prefer;

I retain all copyrights over my work. Therefore, I require proper credit and I have the right to use it as self-promotion and post my art and you don't want the piece to be uploaded on my socials please let me know beforehand;

I will recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works;

The use of my art for N F Ts, bitcoin or any virtual currency selling invention is NOT allowed;

Complex characters will be charged +$10 extra depending on the complexity;

I don't accept commissions from minors.
